We will be creating detailed 3D molecular animations depicting the SARS-CoV-2 lifecycle and developing a web-based platform with annotation tools that will support scientific discussions stimulated by the animated models.

Collaborative Opportunities:

We are seeking collaborators with expertise in diverse molecular and cellular aspects of the SARS-CoV-2 life cycle to help inform and guide our visualizations and annotation tools.
