  • Shiny app: Insights into the role of different interaction types in disease spread
  • Publications: (1) Looking at the effect of inclusion/exclusion of different interactions types via social distancing/reopening on disease spread. How can societies re-open/close to reduce disease spread? (2) Looking at the relationship between network structure and disease spread more generally. How does the presence/absence/quantity of particular structures in interaction networks affect disease spread?
Collaborative Opportunities:

  • Looking for computer science consulting regarding data structures and network disease simulations. Looking for fine-scale data on interaction network structure especially when segregated by interaction type (e.g. work, school, shopping, etc.).
  • We can offer assistance with code review and light programming assistance/optimization.
