The expected output of the work is pairs of antibodies which bind different SARS-CoV-2 epitopes for use in sandwich assays. The antibodies will be tested for their detection capabilities in complex media.
Our team can computationally model binding proteins and protein-protein-interactions, express and assess the binding properties of antibodies, and develop nanoplasmonic biosensors. We are not specifically looking for any collaborative opportunities related to this project but are open to conversations.
